Problem with Amount Fields

Hi,

      I am looking for solution in Contribute page  .
      CiviCRM  » CiviContribute  » Manage Contribution Pages  » Configure Contribution Page 
 
        under step 2

     For any amount related fields it is not showing text box(see attachment) .

      What configuration i have to make so it can show the textbox field ?
