No link in token {action.optOutUrl} in HTML Message
June 04, 2009, 03:48:09 am
I copied one HTML mail template to use it through CiviMail.
On submitting I got a message that 2 tokens are necessary in the mail.
1) {action.optOutUrl}
2) {domain.address}

However on adding both these tokens on newly created HTML message, the link is not being generated for {action.optOutUrl}
Same token generate a link in Text Message (http://www.domainname.in/crm/civicrm/mailing/optout?reset=1&jid=11&qid=16&h=7f8ffad20b0341f1)

Is there any way to introduce link for the tokens in HTML message.

Also, I'm getting bellow link

u.11.16.7f8ffad20b0341f1@FIXME.ORG for {action.unsubscribe} token &
r.11.16.7f8ffad20b0341f1@FIXME.ORG for {action.reply} token.

Could you let me know what may be the reason behind this.

Looks like you might need to do: Administer CiviCRM > Domain Information

I think that 'FIXME.ORG' is the default here.

If that's not it try: Administer CiviCRM > Mail Accounts

where to reset FIXME.ORG in v2.2.5 ?
June 11, 2009, 08:42:38 pm
I'm getting that '@FIXME.ORG' domain, too, and can't find where to reset the outgoing domain in CiviCRM v2.2.5

I've set the From Address in /civicrm/contact/domain to e.g. info@example.com

I see no "Email Domain" as in older CiviCRMs...

Also, on http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviMail+Processor it says: "The accounts to poll are configured in CiviCRM Admin → CiviMail → Mail Accounts" but I see no "Mail Accounts" link.

I also don't see "Administer CiviCRM > Mail Accounts" as per Ken's previous post.

I'm an admin user with full permissions.

Missing admin options
June 12, 2009, 09:38:46 am
Thanks Kiran.

As I thought, I'm missing several options: see attachment.

This is an upgrade from Drupal v5.10 and CiviCRM v1.7 to Drupal 6.12 and CiviCRM v2.2.5

The URL you gave me /civicrm/admin/mailSettings?reset=1 brings me to the same page as /civicrm/admin?reset=1 - it's just not there?

What could cause this?

Can you enable debugging: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/debug?reset=1

Then run
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/debug?reset=1&directoryCleanup=1
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1
