Not able to edit PCP

There are two issues.  One is if I do not upload images on my PCP, then an error comes up warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/username/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Contribute/Form/PCP/Campaign.php on line 151
This error is quite erratic.  Sometimes it comes up even when I load up image but the PCP is saved.

When I try to edit the PCP, I go back into the page and make edits and save.  But none of the edits and saved.  The same thing happens for the Contact Details on the PCP page.  Again, erratically the above message might appear and allow me to save and then it throws me onto the Global Settings page.  This is happening to Admin and authenticated users.

Something really weird is going on!!!

Hi - I am also getting this message on my PCP page when I create it without an image..were you able to figure out the cause?
