Hi,

I wan to add custom profile calledsurvey in eventinfo page.How can i add this.please reply.

you might want to check this one
go to : Manage Event -> Configure -> Online Registration -> Include Profiles ( top of page as well as bottom of page )
these configured profile will display on event registration page.

we do show custom data of type 'Event' on event info page, IMO there is no support for profile.

take a look for Custom template and Custom PHP Path Directory might help you to get profile view on event info page.
