iconv errors in Civimail processor
June 14, 2009, 02:30:18 pm
Here is the error I'm getting...

iconv() [<a href='function.iconv'>function.iconv</a>]: Wrong charset, conversion from `unicode-1-1-utf-7' to `utf-8' is not allowed in /home/npalmer/www/wfmc.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/ezc/Mail/src/internal/charset_convert.php on line 126

[Sun Jun 14 16:50:43 2009] [error] [client 96.255.112.70] PHP Notice:  iconv() [<a href='function.iconv'>function.iconv</a>]: Detected an illegal character in input string in /home/npalmer/www/wfmc.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/ezc/Mail/src/internal/charset_convert.php on line 126

any thoughts?

this seems to be an ezc package warning. you might want to follow up with the ezcomponent folks (http://ez.no/ezcomponents)

I'm also getting this error as well.

[Sun Jun 14 22:55:40 2009] [error] [client 96.255.112.70] PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  names in /home/npalmer/www/wfmc.org/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/bin/CiviMailProcessor.php on line 163

Basically when I run the URL to start the processor, it processes and ignores everything.

57149 as seen and moving it to the ignored mailbox setting 57150 as seen and moving it to the ignored mailbox setting 57151 as seen and moving it to the ignored mailbox setting 57152 as seen and moving it to the ignored mailbox setting 57153 as seen and moving it to the ignored mailbox got to the end of the mailbox

Is there a chance you can send me (to shot@civicrm.org) an email (with headers) that causes this error? I’d love to fix it for CiviCRM 3.0.
If you found the above helpful, please consider helping us in return – you can even steer CiviCRM’s future and help us extend CiviCRM in ways useful to you.
