for online i want only one seat to be book.

For online registration,i want user book only one seat but in civievent any user register for multiple seat. how can i solve this

allow multiple participant registration is a feature : http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-3086
you can configure event which have single participant registration at a time.
