Needing help on customizing civiEvent

Hi!

I need a little help on how can I do a modification on CiviEvent. I need to re-process the data receveived when an user signs up for an event . In this re-proccess I want to do somethings with the data received and save it on another db. Where must I do the modifications for including this customization?

you should use postProcess hook to do the below. Check:
