I can't seem to find a way to change the email receipt for a contribution which has been entered manually by my staff.  I've found lots of documentation on how to edit the receipt for a donation made through an online donation page, but none on how to edit a receipt a manual entry (which is 100% of our data entry).  Right now I'm stuck with the default message:

Thanks for your support.
Please print this receipt for your records.

Even if there is not a content-managed way to do this, that text must exist in some file somewhere--if you can point me to the file I can edit it.
