Custom Data Multiple Records Crashes
June 29, 2009, 09:59:18 pm
Hi.
I have civicrm 2.2.6 on Joomla 1.5.10. running of Justhost.com. This is my issue
I want to attach dependents to an individual, but I don't want these dependents to be also individuals, so I created a custom data set of multiple records called Dependents (name, age, etc).
and attach this set to the individual in a tab form.
Then when I go to an individual and click on the tab "Dependents" I see the button in the screen that says "Edit Dependents". If I click it I get the following error (I changed the website name ). Any Pointers?

Method Not Implemented

GET to /xyz/administrator/index2.php not supported.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.mywebsite.com Port 80

I did a google search on "Method Not Implemented" and found some useful resources. This one in particular looks like it might shed some light:

http://weblogtoolscollection.com/archives/2008/02/12/modsecurity-wordpress-admin-and-method-not-implemented/

Note that the link you are clicking is attempting to load data via Ajax call (hence the GET)....

Thanks Dave,
I am not much of an apache guy, so I am having a hard time following up the post and suggestions.

I downloaded the site to a virtual machine in my PC and the same thing happens, so am ruling out justhost.com as the cause.
I guess I'll have to learn how to setup modsecurity in apache.

Thanks for the pointers.
