New user/contacts with no emails in Drupal
July 01, 2009, 01:05:39 pm
Hi,
I want to set up some civicrm Contacts as Drupal Users without automaticaly sending out confirmation emails to the users. Is this possible? I can do this in Joomla but I'm new to Drupal and I not sure how this can be achieved. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated  :-)

It's a pretty obvious selection on the admin's 'new user ' form, so I'm guessing you're looking to do this en masse.

If so, this might be the tool to use:

http://drupal.org/project/user_import

Remember to run CiviCRM's synchronize users to contacts afterward.
