Shortcut from login to CiviCRM?

I am wondering if there is a shortcut that can be utilized for skipping over the Joomla dashboard and landing on the CiviCRM main page after login? (As opposed to logging in, clicking on Components on the Joomla dashboard, and then selecting CiviCRM from the dropdown list.)

I want to make things as easy as possible on other staff using the system (e.g. fewer clicks to get there).

this is more of a joomla question. most folks on the forums are not joomla experts, so u might be better off asking this on the joomla forums.
