Sending Email w/ CiviMail lands person as Bounce but via Send Email not

New install on new server(bluehost).
If I click Send Email from the contacts record all works well.
If I do a civimailing even just the send test option it does not work what it does and bounces with Invalid recipient is not recognized

Not sure why one would work and the other not.

Any thoughts?

If you are using bluehost you should all them and see if you reached your max out or just a setting.
I really can not remember and since I got help in chat it is not recorded. (bummer)
