Help with Failed Install...
July 06, 2009, 01:48:15 pm
Will the civiCRM install work if Drupal is in a sub-directory?

I downloaded and installed Drupal 6.13 into a folder "vhi"

Then copied the civiCRM uncompressed into sites/modules/

When I go to the the civi install the page says its in the wrong directory?
http://localhost/vhi/sites/all/modules/civicrm/install/

Oops! Please Correct Your Install Location
Please untar (uncompress) your downloaded copy of CiviCRM in the sites\all\modules directory below your Drupal root directory.

What am I doing wrong?

Okay so I found a topic that solves this.

replace all instances of      DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR    with    '/'
