Uninstall - Make Commented Line the Default

The procedure for upgrading CiviCRM calls for commenting out "CRM_Core_DAO::dropAllTables( );" in the uninstall.civicrm.php file. I am recommending that this be made the default in all future upgrades as a precaution against someone accidentally wiping out their database tables.

Those wanting to uninstall and wipe the slate clean should be the ones who have to edit this file and uncomment that line.

Just a thought.

Editing uninstall.civicrm.php is only necessary for folks who are upgrading from an early 2.2 beta version. We attempt to make this clear on the wiki page - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Joomla+Sites+to+2.2 - but perhaps you can update the page to make it "more clear" :-)

Sorry, I didn't see mention of the beta.  So leaving this line uncommented will not affect my data in any way whatsoever?
