Can't drop table if exists Message

I'm getting this message after a trying to upgrade after a failed install.
Cannot execute DROP TABLE IF EXISTS civicrm_activity: DB Error: constraint violation

Well never mind, it was just that it wouldn't delete all of my data :P.
Although maybe that's a problem for someone wanting to delete data.
