Why the registeration and donation forms do not get cleared after submitting?

Anyone can help, I have installed civiCMR successfuly but I still have a problem. The forms on my website save the info that I enter and they do not clear themselve after submitting the form. furthermore, you can view the stored info in the forms on another computer. Anyone can help to solve this issue?
