Payment Processor Module for Mastercard "MIGS" Payment System

Hi CiviCRMers. We've got a standalone Civi setup which is currently working fine and taking donations through Paypal. However we'd like to integrate it with our bank's native gateway system, which is MIGS, or Mastercard Internet Gateway Service.

We have quite extensive documentation from MIGS on how to communicate with their system.

There's also an existing MIGS VPC client for osCommerce (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/3968), and Zen Cart (http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_48&products_id=783).

We'd like to fund development of a CiviCRM MIGS Payment Module, which could be subsequently released back to the community.

Has there been any progress on this or another MIGS gateway for CiviCRM using the VPC mechanism?

I have a couple of groups in Australia which would benefit from this, and while I (and possibly others) can contribute time to help develop this, we can't really make any financial contributions :(
