I notice that the tag logic for CiviCRM assumes that a record will only be associated with one tag even though multiple tags can be assigned.

I would like to request the following tag functionality:
- the ability to search by multiple tags and the results are ANDed (not OR'ed)
- the ability to add several tags during tag creation; separated by commas (each tag could be checked against the already existing tags and only the new tags are created with a message indicating that the duplicate tags were not created)
- the ability upon contact import to associate with existing tags (currently tags can be created or assigned to the whole batch but if within a batch each import contact has a valid tagID(s), the import cannot associate the varying numbers of tags per contact during the import)
- the ability to view all tags or at least dynamically grow up to 20 tags on the advanced search page (currently the design assumes that the customer has only a few tags and as such only displays about four tags at a time)
