Is it possible to embedd a contribution page outside of civicrm?
July 09, 2009, 11:06:51 pm
Basically, I have this current wordpress site setup, and I was thinking about using civicontribute. But I want users to be able to register and pay dues through my site, instead of an external url. ANy thoughts?

The cheap and easy way is probably to add an iframe and the source is the contribution page, with an extra parameter &snippet=1

what is the url of the contribution page you want to display ?

add &snippet=1 at the end, so you get only the form, ready to be embedded in your iframe.

Thanks, Xavier. My question is now--would the contribution form snippet can be stylized with css within the iframe?

Thanks again,

Gilbert

That's regular iframe usage, it should.

Try, you will see.

Where do i put iframe css? Do i append it to the civicrm css file? Or my site's main css?

I still couldn't get it to work.

Thanks,
Gilbert
