Unable to edit "Complete Description field in 2.2.7"

I have no edit access to this field.  It works fine in the demo (I'm assuming the demo to be 2.2.7)
I have uninstalled wysiwyg.  I can edit other pages in Drupal, just not this one (so far).

Never mind.  I deleted the event.  I can now access this field in create new event.
