[SOLVED] Missing Tabs after upgrade to 2.2.7

Following the recent announcement that the new 2.2.7 version of CiviCRM was available, I had our administrator upload it this past weekend (upgrading from 2.2). Now when I go to a contact's entry the tabs are all missing (e.g. Summary, Contributions, Pledges, Memberships, etc.).

All the data appears to be there still (as when I go into "View Contact Dashboard") but the tabs are not. This makes viewing and especially adding new information virtually impossible. We do have the old version backed up if we can't fix this and need to return to it. However, I am hoping that there is some way that we can bring the tabs back in the new version. Any suggestions?

By the way, we are running CiviCRM on Joomla version 1.5.1. Thanks!

resource url? - check what you have set up in global settings - do a search on forum for 'resource url' should help

ps title should say 2.2.7

Sorry about the version typo...

Here is what I have for resource urls in global settings:
CiviCRM Resource URL: http://69.30.43.66/~oregonru/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/
Image Upload URL: http://69.30.43.66/~oregonru/media/civicrm/persist/contribute/
There is no custom CSS and Force Secure URLs (SSL) is set to "No."

This doesn't really mean anything to me, but I'll check with our administrator to see if he sees something amiss with these...

Thanks for your suggestion, peterd. It turned out to be the resource url, like you thought.

Our administrator said this was a change from the old system (with version 2.2?), but with a little sleuthing and a quick update of this, everything is back to normal and we can operate CiviCRM like we should - tabs and all.

just wanted to say I lost the contact tabs too, fixing the resource url got them back,

I was looking for a blushing image but ... what the heck.
