HI - if there is a contact who works for an organisation that is in CiviCRM it would save data entry if when filling in the contact details of the person, one could search for 'organisation' and then accept the option of bring the organisational address accross to be the work address - ie if A works for B then should have the option of making the address for B become the Work address for A.
