Finer Access Control

Hi,

I want each ordinary user to be able to just view his/her own membership info (in the contact record/dashboard), but not to view other people's membership info. I did this by editing authenticated users' permissions in Durpal: allow CiviMember but disallow "view all contacts". However, this still leaves the entire module CiviMember visible to users, including "import membership data" and other functionalities.

Can anyone tell me how to hide the entire CiviMember module from users but only allow them to see their own membership info? Thanks!

If the dashboard information meets your needs, then you dont need to give "access CiviMember" to the auth users. You only need to give them "access contact dashboard" permission
