Release 2.3 is missing from the Issue Tracker

On the Roadmap, there is no release 2.3. Also Release 3.0 looks suspiciously like what 2.3 used to.

Is this a slip or a great leap forward?

It's a definitely great leap forward with all the cool features (CiviReports, Usability revamp, CiviEvent enhancements, CiviCase phase 2, multi-site and other major/minor fixes and enhancements)  :) !!!
