Email2Activity
July 21, 2009, 01:04:35 am
Howdy.

Wondering if it is easy to incorporate Email2Activity?

I'm guessing here... from what I have read it doesn’t run side by side with CiviMailProcessor, and they have some duplication of function, but it is possible to combine the functions of both files??

I haven’t been able to find much to help me do it myself and wonder if there are any tips out there.

TIA.

Sure, just found this after I posted which describes similar functionality but doesent mention Email2Activity, I wonder whether the process of adding an incoming (to CiviMail) email to a contacts activity is going through a name change to Autofiling?
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Autofiling+email+activities+via+EmailProcessor

The Email2Activity.php (Email2Activity.php is filed under civicrm 2.2.7 bin directory) function is described here
