errors at step 3 lose all content

testing on demo i inadvertently forgot to include domain token - got error messsage and lost all content from html - redid it - forgot to re-add mailing title - got error message and lost all html again :(
can the content be kept if an error is hit?

Content should be kept as it is when there is error. So seems to be bug. We should fix it for v3.0. Can you try replicate on http://sandbox.civicrm.org ?
