Hi

i am using civicrm 2.1

I want to setup civiEvent to allow to register only any contact can register only once for a event.  it is working fine.  but it works differently,

when register for an event with a organization type contact's email address, system
1) add an individual contact with the give email address (it has been used for organization type contact)
2) register for that event to the newly addes individula contact

question 1) is that correct behavior?

when i register for the same event with same email address, it pickup the organization type contacts id and it does not do any thing.

question 2) can we stop creating more than one contacts with same email address?
