Hi - this is a question about an organisational equivalent of 'deceased'. If an organisation ceases to exist we can just hit delete - but there are times when we may choose to keep their record eg
- so we don't re-enter them from another list
- so we can keep info on who was their 'past employee' or 'past president' etc

So wondering if there should/could be a 'no longer exists' option similar to the 'deceased'.

Not something the client is requiring fixed, rather a suggestion for user improvement - and in case any one else has a better process in place already.
