I'm having a problem importing records for individuals (organizations, households seem fine).
I go to the import screen and then browse for the file and check appropriate settings.
Then I click on continue, and the screen refreshes rather than going to the next page.
The file shows up in the upload folder.

This is Joomla 1.5+civicrm 1.8.beta.10790 but it was also happening on the previous version.

I tried importing just the first record, that did the same thing.

update: something else interesting is that I can't cancel on the import screen.

I have to say I haven't. Just really trying to get a 1.5 site going right now.

I don't know if it is related, but there is definitely a problem with the uploading in the 1.5 media manager. I have no idea if it is related, since I don't know whether civicrm is using that or its own.
