Paypal was working great but now I get this error

paypal was setup to use civi to start the process then you visit paypal ie paypal express in the civicrm settings.
But now we get this error.
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

To me it seems like paypal.
Any thoughts.
I do not see anything in our logs under the errors area.
