Members tab not showing up after upgrading

Hi!

I'm running CiviCRM on Joomla and upgraded from Version 2.1.X to 2.2.7  Everything went quite well (not a single error message).  The thing is, i don't see the 'Membership' tab whenever I'm editing / viewing individual information on CiviCRM administration console;  as a matter of fact i cannot see any tab that was there before (Memberships, Donations, Relationships, and so on).  I have those components active  (Global Settings -> Enable Components), also, these components are checked on 'Viewing contacts' under 'Site Preferences'.

Any idea why i'm not getting those tabs?? should i need to enable these modules somewhere else?

The tabs are generated by Dojo, which requires JavaScript. Does JavaScript works at all for you?

The easiest way to check this: when you type something into the search box, do partial matches appear, and the search box itself has the following icon next to it?

Since I switched to another domain, i just needed to update the settings for URL on the administartion page, so the javascript files needed for the menu would be downloaded
