Can't find the a MySQL server on ...

I got this Statusmessage when I will run the install.php I have a Database for Drupal and a different Database for CiviCRM. Both on the same Server named "rdbms.strato.de". Thanks a Lot for help and sorry for my bad english.

CiviCRM Database Details

Does the server exist   Can't find the a MySQL server on 'rdbms.strato.de': Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 146
Are the access credentials correct   OK
MySQL version at least 5.0   OK (MySQL 5.0.67-log)
Can I access/create the database   OK (Database 'DB604030' exists)
Can I access/create InnoDB tables in the database   OK
Can I create temporary tables in the database   OK

Drupal Database Details

Does the server exist   OK (rdbms.strato.de)
Are the access credentials correct   OK
MySQL version at least 5.0   OK (MySQL 5.0.67-log)
Can I access/create the database   OK (Database 'DB597085' exists)

This looks like MySQL server related issue.

But why does it works by the Drupal Database und not by the CiviCRM Database? When I have only one Database for CiviCRM and Drupal I got the same Error.
