Search error
August 15, 2007, 10:17:07 pm
Hi

My set up is

Drupal 5.1
PHP 5.0.5
MySQL 5.0
Apache 1.3.37
CiviCRM 1.8 with fresh install and sample data

I am getting the following error when I do an empty search throught CiviCRM.

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
Could not find valid Key

Search does work when I put certain strings in and it returns a result. (e.g 'b' brings up a result)

I have done the following before posting (as suggested in various other threads with the same error) -

1. CIVICRM_UF_BASEURL and $base_url have the same domain name
2. uid=0 exists in user table
3. cashing turned OFF in Drupal
4. Cleared cache using Devel
5. Cleared sessions table
6. I have used sample data and not sample data

I tried the same searches in the demo online and it doesn't reproduce my problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Steaders

Thanks for the reply.

I had tried most of the things suggested in the threads above without success. In the end I updated to Drupal 5.2 and reinstalled CiviCRM 1.8 and using the same database it all started working ok. Hopefully it will stay working! : )

Thanks again.
