Can't seem to find this one listed

After a longish install process, I finally got Civic installed on my drupal site :) :)  Got the screen with that welcome green bar saying the install was successful...

However, when I clicked on the 'configuration checklist' link all hell broke loose with the error below.  I checked all the dir permissions all around/packages/smarty/etc ...all set to 755?

It would be a real kindness if someone could help

Sounds like some file(s) may be missing (tarball unpack problem or file transfer problem if you untarred the codebase on another machine). Check to see if the file it's complaining about is actually present or not:

/home/mwoodwar/public_html/cfbusiness.com/sites/all/modules/civiccrm/packages/Smarty/internals/core.load_plugins.php
