Search Query - In This Group AND Not In This Other Group

Is it possible to build a search query to show me individuals that are in Group A and are also NOT in Group B?

Maybe I am missing something simple, it's been a long day.

For this you can use Custom Search: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/search/custom?csid=4&reset=1
