how to remove membership records in batch processing?
August 07, 2009, 10:56:57 am
During membership import, the server ran out of memory and stopped.  I need to remove all membership information and start over.

How can I remove all membership information at once or using batch processing?  Not remove the contacts, just the membership info.

Thanks!

Any reason you can't do this via Find Members =- then select all - then use More Actions to and select Delete Members

I have put SO!!! much time into importing I was afraid that would delete the member and contact info.  Does it ONLY delete the member status?

Always safest to create a sacrificial contact for testing if you are unsure.

True - test first, but delete members should NOT delete the contact, only the selected membership(s) for that / those contact(s).
