Hi all,

I have a set of custom data fields called 'Legislators'.  I have access control set up for that group of custom data -- an ACL role called 'View/Edit Legislators Tab' and an ACL rule that allows Edit/View on that group of custom data.

The Legislators custom data is set to display as a tab.

As a drupal admin, when I go to a contact's page that has Legislator data, I see the Legislators tab as expected (Admins have the 'access all custom data' permission in the civicrm module).  However, when I go to the same page as a non-admin who still has permission (through the ACL system) to see the tab, no tab appears.  Here's the rub though... If I change the display on Legislators to be inline instead of tab, then that data shows up for the non-admin and the ACL rules that I've set up seem to behave as expected.  Has anyone seen anything like this before with tabs not displaying?  Could this be a bug, or am I just overlooking something?
