I got an error that I do not have permission to view a contact when I am NOT viewing a contact.  

I have gotten it on the CiviCRM /civicrm homepage of my site.

I have gotten it while managing Events.

I have gotten it while viewing events at /civicrm/event/ical?reset=1&page=1&html=1

I have gotten it on the Find Contacts (basic search page)

This started happening immediately following the 2.2.7 to 2.2.8 upgrade.   I have cleared cache and run update script for CiviCRM.

It doesn't happen all the time and only happens when I am logged in (not as an anonymous user).

If I refresh the page the error goes away.  The error doesn't appear to cause any harm, but it is making people afraid something is wrong.

Any ideas?
