I've upgraded to 2,2,8 and there's no Report component. How do I get that or the full version with the existing large db I have?

I had not upgraded. It's been a while and I did not do the
civicrm/upgrade?reset=1

Did that, then I saw it in permissions, changed that and it all worked as expected.
