Enabling and disabling ACLs does not result in refresh of status

civicrm/acl?reset=1 in Safari and Firefox: After enabling or disabling, the status is changed in the database but not on the screen. A page refresh is required to update the status.

It seems to work fine for me. Check http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/acl?reset=1

Work is in progress for this under issue : http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-4445 ,
where we are moving towards having a jQuery overlay.
