CivicMail not in menu (but enabled in enable components)
August 11, 2009, 06:18:00 am
Hi,

my problem: civicmail not in menu

I have it enabled in global settings > enable components

Is it possible that civicmail hasen't been instaled? (sorry if question is 'naive' but I'm not very pro on such stuff).

If so how to additional instal componet (there is a topic in civic wiki on instaling civic mail, but it begins with enabling component, which I have already did, and nothing happends). Or If I have to instal whole civic once again?

Thank You in advance for help,

Mateusz

Hey Mateusz,

Please verify, that the user that you're connecting with has proper Drupal permissions set - in this case, "access CiviMail". It can be set in Administer CiviCRM > Access Control > Drupal Access Control screen.

Thx,
