Customization of "from" notification email broken

Hey folks,

I've created a profile to be used for a form. I've set the form to notify a set of folks when someone fills it out.

The help-text in that part of the profile settings page says

If you want member(s) of your organization to receive a notification email whenever this Profile form is used to enter or update contact information, enter one or more email addresses here. Multiple email addresses should be separated by a comma (e.g. jane@example.org, paula@example.org). The first email address listed will be used as the FROM address in the notifications.

Setting a custom from address by listing if first among the addresses is not working on my installation.

On my install, it appears that Civi is pulling "from" information from the default email address set at:

civicrm/admin/options/from_email_address?group=from_email_address&reset=1
Is there a bug? Or am I just not interpreting the help-text correctly?

Can´t use more than 1 FROM eMail entry at /civicrm/admin/options/from_email_addr

Hi there,
in CiviCRM 3.1.3 at /civicrm/admin/options/from_email_address it says:

However, you can use this page to define one or MORE general Email Addresses that can be selected as an alternative. EXAMPLE: "Client Services" <clientservices@example.org>

Well whatever i put in the FROM Adress Field e.g.:
"1.Name" <1stname@thedomain.tld>, 2.Name" <2ndname@thedomain.tld, 3.Name" <3rdname@thedomain.tld>
i get an error message asking me to use the right format. I use the right format (i guess?!) as only putting:
"1.Name" <1stname@thedomain.tld> in is saved and used without problem. So it is not the comma to separate the other entries or did i misunderstand something?

It has to be a single address, not several separated by ","

You can create several single addresses entry, but can't have more than one from at a time (obviously)

Hi, yeah i already solved it. The problem was accessing the page for the 1. time with FF3 the "Add new Email" Button is not there and why ever when i entered somthing new into the open fields and saved it it would overwrite the first exisiting email but would not add it as the second dataset.

After having accidently clicking the save button twice, suddenly the "Add new Email" Button was there and i could simply add more and more datasets as supposed to.
