Prefixes not importing properly

Looking at the values for prefixes they're number ordered, so a "dr" is 4, "mr" is 1 and so on. However, when we try to import these, we get errors saying this is incorrect. We also get errors if we simply try "dr" or "mr". Any idea what we have to do?

did u try the exact prefixes, aka

'Dr', 'Mr', 'Mrs' etc (without the quote)

In most cases, if you want to do an import, first, configure some example Contact Records, and then do an Export so you see the 'output' that you need to use for your input.
