Hi

When I upgrade to 2.2.8 from 2.2.7 I get no errors or success screens during upgrade. when I return to Civi the page has its title but no content/menu.

during upgrade civi changes the permisions of da_DK in templates_c directory, thus it does not work any more. when restoring a clean directory with proper permissions civi works again :-)

I think civi deletes and creates da_DK during upgrade, but on my server da_DK requires 777 permissions.

Civi should just delete the files and leave the directory unchanged.
