Orphaned data
August 17, 2009, 10:36:40 am
I have been experimenting with adding/deleting Case Types. To check they work I have been adding/deleting from a single Case created.

I have just deleted a Case Type and was warned I would loose all related data, fine.

I have just deleted the only Case.

My dashboard now shows:

Case Type - 1a HEALTH General I have ongoing = 0 Resolved = 0 Urgent = 0.

Case Type - 1a HEALTH Physical Illness I have ongoing = 3 Resolved = 0 Urgent = 0.

Case Type - BLANK (the one I just deleted) ongoing = 5 Resolved = 0 Urgent = 0.

This logged in as super who created the previous cases. Another login for an ordinary user shows the same result for a search on all cases. There seems to be some orphaned data somewhere.

How do I clear it and more importantly prevent this happening?

All Cases With Recently Performed Activities
