Drupal/CiviCRM developer needed - Northern california -UPDATED ROP

I created this post a week ago, though major change - we moved to from Joomla to Drupal.  The website is nearly completed however in need of an experienced Drupal/CiviCRM developer to provide additional functionality to this project.

The position will require 30-40 hours a week, on a contract basis, with the potential option of a full-time position in the future.

Requirements:
Expert-level experience with Drupal
CiviCRM development
Drupal module development & customization
eCommerce (Ubercart primarily although eCommerce experience is fine)
Cross-browser issues and compatibility
DHTML, CSS, JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery), MySQL, PHP
Familiarity with LAMP administration

Preferred:
Drupal API (especially Form)
Themes / phptemplate
Performance analysis
Organic Groups and related modules
Video player and CDN integration


The scope of work:

Member ID
Each membership ill generate a corresponding 12 digit member ID to the individual acquiring the membership (CiviCRM).

Soft credits ("Bucks")
CiviCRM soft credit integration with drupal accounts. Receive credits based off user actions. integration with cart module

Quiz
Track quiz results - give 'soft credits' (CiviCRM) to user account based off quiz actions

Voting
Active member may vote on resolutions on website, submit (via form) to be reviewed.

Store integration
        Integration of shopping cart module

How to apply:

Please send your portfolio of websites you’ve worked on for consideration.

This project is ready to begin immediately, and will require approximately 4 weeks of at least half-time and possibly full time work in a temporary contract position. Possible option for future full-time employment, but this is not a requirement.

We strongly prefer local (Northern California-based) candidates, but are open to queries from experienced telecommuters.

Rate of pay: $20-100
Estimated hours: 35/week - 4 weeks
