contact edit form, contact details pane --
the "internal id" displays after external id. is that intentional, or for debugging?
internal id still displays at the bottom of the page, which I think is sufficient and less obtrusive/confusing
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!

According to the new interface, we decided to move it from footer and add it to main form.
Hence, I have removed it from footer since it was redundant.
