contact edit: add record needs better styling

on the contact edit form, the links to add a new email, phone, address, etc. -- needs more distinct styling. it gets lost on the page pretty easily, and it's not necessarily clear that it's a link

This has been fixed for 3.0 alpha3 under http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-4884

alpha 4 maybe? I was testing with alpha 3.
also note that the jira issue seems to be with civicase -- i'm noticing the lack of distinct styling on the main summary page.

How about adding more intuitive (add/delete) icons instead of the links? They look good to me  :)

On my test install, the add link is grey with no underline, so it doesn't look any different from other labels/data on the page. I just think it needs to be more distinguishable. I'd make it a different color and have it underlined to more clearly indicate it's a link. See screenshot.
