contact edit: comm pref

sorry for all these minor items...

on the comm pref pane, the second  column just says "method" -- i think it should retain "preferred method(s)"
it doesn't have sufficient meaning right now.

i think the greeting dropdowns deserve a help popup, especially since they are new and could be confusing. Some proposed text:

Use the greeting/address options to determine how you would like the contact's salutation and name displayed for different communication methods. When you send an email or export a list of records to a .csv file for mail merging, the greeting and addressee fields will reflect your preferences.

You may also create a customized greeting and use field tokens to insert fields of your choice. For more information on available tokens, see the online documentation (http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Mail-merge+Tokens+for+Contact+Data).

Also, it seems like there should be a way to configure a default setting for these three fields (in global settings, address settings).

This has been fixed in r23359.
