Adding Organisation Relationships to be inline on organisation view page

Is there an easy way to make the "Relationships" tab actually appear inline on the organisation contact view page?

By configuration, No.

You can implement a hook and custom template. Use the code from CRM/Contact/Page/View/Relationship.php::browse() and templates/CRM/Contact/Page/View/Relationship.tpl.
